Most tutoring companies hand you their program. We don't have one. You've already made the decisions about curriculum, pace, and structure, and our job is to teach inside the framework you built. Send us what you're using and your tutor prepares from your materials.

We're also an approved vendor with many California charter and home school programs, so most families can pay with instructional funds instead of out of pocket. Tell us your charter on your consultation call and we'll handle the paperwork with your Education Specialist. If you don't see us on your vendor list, contact us and we'll start the approval, plus there's a $300 gift card for introducing us to a new community partner.

Before we teach anything, we listen. Here's what the first few weeks look like.

We start by listening. What's working in your homeschool, where it's stalling, and what you'd like us to take off your plate.

In-house diagnostic testing when you want hard data on where your student actually is. Useful when you've been outside a graded system for a while.
Create
We build the plan around your curriculum and your child's learning style, and we match the tutor to the child, not just the subject.
Empower
The goal is a student who needs us less over time. We teach the material and the study habits underneath it.

Our Online Tutoring Services

Live, one-on-one online instruction at every grade level. Every tutor holds at least a bachelor's degree in the subject they teach, and our upper-level test prep instructors often hold master's degrees or PhDs.

Can I use my charter school funds?
In most cases, yes. We're an approved vendor with many California charter and home school programs. Tell us your charter on the consultation call and we'll handle the paperwork with your Education Specialist.
Will you use my curriculum?
Yes. Send us what you're using and your tutor prepares from it. We don't require you to switch to a program of ours, because we don't have one.
My student is behind grade level in one subject and ahead in another. Is that a problem?
No, and it's one of the reasons families choose homeschool in the first place. We meet the student where they actually are in each subject rather than where a grade label says they should be.
What if we don't click with our tutor?
Tell us and we'll match you with someone else at no charge. A good fit between tutor and student matters more than any credential.
What are your hours?
Seven days a week, 8AM to 11PM PT. Homeschool families often prefer mid-morning or early afternoon, and those slots are usually open.
Do I need to sit in on sessions?
You're welcome to, always. Most parents sit in for the first session and then use the time for something else. Your tutor updates you after every session either way.
What does my student need to get started?
Your curriculum materials, paper and pencil, and any device with a camera and a stable internet connection.
How do you handle high school records?
We give you detailed progress notes you can use for your own records or your charter's reporting. You remain the teacher of record, so we support your documentation rather than replace it.
